We recently installed a black and white herringbone runner with a grey border into a home in London. We do installations in London through our sister company Cavendish deVere.
Anyway, it went beautifully and the runner looked great. The customer was such a nice person it made doing the job an absolute pleasure and we were chuffed when she left us a nice review on our Google reviews page so we sent her a card and £10 voucher from Marks and Spences as a thank-you for taking the time and trouble to do so.
We chose the pug thank-you card and it turns out she has a pug just like the one in the card!
For a change a nice little story!
