How the black and white herringbone patterned looks when it is fitted to winding stairs

This is our most popular stair runner ands with good reason. It look fantastic when fitted to stairs - even better with a dark grey or a black staircase I think as in this case. Also, rather cleverly the owner has decided to 'close-fit' the second stair case. This is budget friendly as it is faster to fit to the walls and it doesn't need a bespoke runner cutting to size and a border attached.

As you can see we have made the runner fit the winding stairs because we had a template that was sent in by the owner. He didn't do it himself he had a professional fitter come and template those pie shaped stairs and then he sent the template into us.

We then cut the carpet to the shape on the templates and sewed on a black cotton border. Now it fits perfectly. The same fitter then fitted it and he only charge £60 for the templating. Pretty good and saves a lot of hassle and a steep learning curve to learn how to template a winding stair case for a stair runner.
