DC104 Nordic Beach Oak - V4 wood flooring
Beautifully crafted coloured floors are created from an oak top layer which is lightly brushed to release the natural grain. Wood lye is then applied to bleach and colour the floors to create the deep lustred and distinctive oak tones and grain variations found in the collection. Another beautiful oak floor from V4. Also available in a matching herringbone.

Installation Basics
DC104 is a tongue and grooved board which can be installed as a floating floor on an underlay or fully bonded with floor adhesive to the subfloor.
Care and Maintenance
This floor is finished with low maintenance lacquer which keeps the surface protected from stains and wear. Furniture should be protected with pads and the floor should be kept dust free.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept returns as they are made especially for you. They are bespoke, so please, please make
sure you have the correct measurements and you are sure of your purchase.
Returning Items:
What You Can Return
For carpet tiles and wooden floors, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging. If not, you may be responsible for additional fees and may not receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
