This traditionally proportioned rustic A101 Oak Rustic Satin Lacquer plank is smooth sanded, bevelled and exquisitely finished with six fine coats of aluminium oxide satin lacquer. The resulting finish brings out a deep lustre in the oak, accentuating the natural beauty of the grain. The lacquered surface is a robust and easily cleaned surface ideal for a busy household.

Installation Basics
A101 is a tongue and grooved board which can be installed as a floating floor on an underlay or fully bonded with floor adhesive to the subfloor.
Care and Maintenance
This floor is finished with low maintenance lacquer which keeps the surface protected from stains and wear. Furniture should be protected with pads and the floor should be kept dust free.

We cannot accept returns as they are made especially for you. They are bespoke, so please, please make
sure you have the correct measurements and you are sure of your purchase.
Returning Items:
What You Can Return
For carpet tiles and wooden floors, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging. If not, you may be responsible for additional fees and may not receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 24
hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped for a full refund. Once
shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Instead, apply for a return after
receiving the package. Refunds generally take 5 to 15 business days. If you
