HG109 Grasmere, Heritage engineered planks are made with a thick European Oak top layer which is lightly brushed to accentuate the natural grain, giving a textured and inviting tactile surface. Natural colour oils are applied by our specialist finishing team in Yorkshire, using traditional techniques passed down through generations, to achieve a perfect finish which is then sealed with modern UV technology to give a durable surface that is easy to live with and simple to maintain.

Installation Basics
HG109 Grasmere is a tongue and grooved board which can be installed as a floating floor on an underlay or fully bonded with floor adhesive to the subfloor.
Care and Maintenance
This floor is finished with coats of UV cured oil which keeps the hardwood surface protected from stains and wear whilst maintaining a natural look and feel.
Environment
This floor is FSC® 100% certified. All V4 Wood flooring is milled from responsibly sourced timber meeting all UK Timber regulations.

We cannot accept returns as they are made especially for you. They are bespoke, so please, please make
sure you have the correct measurements and you are sure of your purchase.
Returning Items:
What You Can Return
For carpet tiles and wooden floors, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging. If not, you may be responsible for additional fees and may not receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

exchange, email us with your Order Number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 24
hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped for a full refund. Once
shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Instead, apply for a return after
receiving the package. Refunds generally take 5 to 15 business days. If you
