Hand-made stair runners for platforms and landings
So you want a stair runner but you have a platform or you need extra for the hallway or landing? Tricky? Yes, as it will need to be specially cut. Nothing is straight forward is it?!
Well, maybe we can help at Fenston Carter. (We are pretty sure we are the only place on the internet that provides this service!)
If you a staircase that stops turns 90 degrees and continues this is called a platform. Similarly, if you have a landing in between 2 sets of stairs that you want a floor runner for so you can continue the carpet between floors, then we can help.
Most platforms are pretty straight forward to cut. In which case, just send us a WhatsApp with a video or image of the platform along with the measurements you want the width of the runner to be (it will need to match the width of your runner).
We will take it form there and be back in touch.
More complicated?
It will still be possible to make you a more intricated runner here but we may need a template to cut from. Fear not, get in touch and we will guide you through that process.

Priced per platform regardless of size (+VAT) + Free delivery (within reason! usually they are 1m2 or less).
Don't forget the accessories to go with this!
Underlay, gripper-rods and maybe some very fetching stair rods and eyes.

This is will be a bespoke, hand-made item and we are not liable to accept returns. Please make yourself aware of the legal guidance under UK law: https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds. We will never be able to resell a carpet cut to the shape of your stairs!
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Hand-made runners, cut-to-size carpets, marmoleum, vinyls, and stair-rods are these are not

We cannot accept returns as they are made especially for you. They are bespoke, so please, please make
sure you have the correct measurements and you are sure of your purchase.
Returning Items:
What You Can Return
For carpet tiles and wooden floors, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging. If not, you may be responsible for additional fees and may not receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage.
Please note, all returns or exchanges must first be approved by our Customer Service team at info@fenstoncarter.co.uk. Do not send items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return or
exchange, email us with your Order Number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Instead, apply for a return after receiving the package. Refunds generally take 5 to 15 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 30 days, please email us.
