A new addition to Unfinished Oaks, Downham is an unfinished chevron block - a strong statement floor for any environment. We used the highest quality nature-grade European oak, allowing for natural grain variation, as well as some knots and sap.
Downham is available in a 15mm or 20mm thickness, carefully sanded to achieve a sleek, uniform look and with FSC certification it is a sustainable choice.
Use any of our custom finishes with this floor depending on the look required. You can get details of all our finishes.
Downham chevron blocks are suitable for use with underfloor heating systems with the 15mm option also suitable for wall cladding.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £250 to any address within the UK. For orders under £250, a shipping fee of £40 + VAT applies. Orders placed before 12pm UK time will be dispatched the following day and are expected to arrive within 3 weeks on the UK mainland. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm, so please ensure someone is available to accept the package during these hours. If the delivery cannot be completed and the package is returned, a re-delivery fee of £100 + VAT will be charged. If you have any special delivery requirements, please feel free to contact us.
