Can I use it on underfloor heating?
As a rule of thumb the combined tog rating of the underlay and carpet should be no more than 2.5 Togs. Tog ratings are important as the UFH needs to be able to radiate the heat through the flooring covering. Consider an underlay with no more than 0.8 togs to allow the heat to transfer from the subfloor with ease. This allows you to focus on the carpet providing comfort and style to your home.

Yes, Fabulous has been treated with moth repellent treatment.

This is a stair runner. Therefore the ends are not whipped as they will need to be cut to be fitted. If you want a floor runner with whipped and taped ends then please get in touch.
On a final note
Please be aware that a lot of time, cost and care goes into creating your runner. Regardless of where you purchased it from, if you have bought it on a whim with the intention of sending it back if it isn’t quite right, We urge you to reconsider, cancel your order and just request some samples so you can be sure of your purchase. We send them out free.

However, we will accept returns and issue refunds on runners of 50cm to 60cm width and over 4m in length.

We cannot accept returns as they are made especially for you. They are bespoke, so please, please make
sure you have the correct measurements and you are sure of your purchase.
Returning Items:
What You Can Return
For carpet tiles and wooden floors, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging. If not, you may be responsible for additional fees and may not receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

exchange, email us with your Order Number and reason for return. We'll respond with instructions on how to proceed.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 24 hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Instead, apply for a return after receiving the package. Refunds generally take 5 to 15 business days. If you haven't received your refund within 30 days, please email us.
