How to order
As a rule of them and for guidance only; Just count your steps and order accordingly 1 step will require 0.5m length of runner to cover it.
Over 6m long and your runner may come in 2 sections for ease of transport. It will make NO difference to the fitting however, if you want it in one section please contact us before ordering. It takes a little longer and costs a little more.

This is a stair runner. Therefore the ends are not whipped as they will need to be cut to be fitted. If you want a floor runner with whipped and taped ends then please get in touch.

How to measure for a stair runner
Winding stairs, platforms and landings
A straight runner won't fit on a curved or winding stair. You need a special piece cut for that. You can order these on the left but please be aware we are going to need a template sent to us in the post in order for us to cut them to the correct size.

On a final (final!) note, please be aware that a lot of time, cost and care goes into creating your runner. Regardless of where you purchased it from, if you have bought it on a whim with the intention of sending it back if it isn’t quite right, We urge you to reconsider, cancel your order and just request some samples so you can be sure of your purchase. We send them out free.

Enjoy free shipping on all orders! These are made to order. We deliver them anywhere inside the UK within 6 weeks. Most orders are actually fulfilled much faster, but please don't rely on getting lucky! Upon purchase, you will be sent a link to the production and delivery sheet so you can track the progress of your hand-made runner. We deliver via Transglobal Express. This is a premium carrier, i.e. they actually have a human customer services department you can speak to.
