DC201 Smoked Oak - Engineered wood floor from V4
DC201 Smoked Oak from v4 flooring. Long rustic planks of European oak are stored in a smoke-filled chamber that ages the timber and in turn darkens the grain which is then brushed and sealed with UV-cured natural oil which adds a muted earthy hue, whilst maintaining the tactile surface in all its rustic natural beauty. Also available in a matching herringbone.

Installation Basics
DC201 is a tongue and grooved board which can be installed as a floating floor on an underlay or fully bonded with floor adhesive to the subfloor.
Care and Maintenance
This floor is finished with low-maintenance lacquer which keeps the surface protected from stains and wear. Furniture should be protected with pads and the floor should be kept dust free.

We cannot accept returns as they are made especially for you. They are bespoke, so please, please make
sure you have the correct measurements and you are sure of your purchase.
Returning Items:
What You Can Return
For carpet tiles and wooden floors, a 25% restocking fee applies to all returns. Items returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging. If not, you may be responsible for additional fees and may not receive a refund. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 24
hours of purchase and before the order has been shipped for a full refund. Once
shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Instead, apply for a return after
receiving the package. Refunds generally take 5 to 15 business days. If you
